Midnight Clownfish getting ICH!!

I think you may have already gotten the point from the other posts but "ReefSafe" is an oxymoron. Treat with hypo (1.009) using a refractometer and/or use copper while leaving your display fallow for a minimum of 30 days... 90 days is better.

If you want/need more detailed information on how to do this, you can visit my site.
It's the second and third articles on the page.

Good luck.

The Midnights have started showing signs of improvement ; on the other hand I lost 2 of my 3 Hawaiian wrasp. I put a BT anemone and both midnights have jumped in , both platinums have split into a brain and some other invert; I'll have some pics up soon

I like Todd's first method mentioned. Feed well, keep pristine water parameters and keep your fingers crossed. I'm sure some people will laugh at this advice, but it has worked for me and many others in the past.

clownfish are just cool

clownfish are just cool

everyone in the tank is doing better ever since i stopped using the "kick-ich" ; multiple water changes and maintaining good water temperature seemed to have done the trick

when my hippo and clowns developed ick, i was told to try Kick-Ick. to no avail i stopped the Kick-Ick and i did a fresh water dip on my fish with some formalin drops in the water. I made sure to have the freshwater the same temp as my tank water and added a little bit of sand in there as well to raise the ph in the fresh water. After dipping the fish ( one at a time for about 3 min) it killed all the ick that was on them. I also did a big water change in the DT to try and remove some of the ick that was in the system. All fish to this day are healthy as ever and never gotten ick again.
