He's been doing really good since I bought him like 4 weeks ago and today I found him stuck on a rock and he just limps he looks really bad is there a chance of him serviving and what should I do?

Hard to tell from the pics but the last one looks kind of like Brook maybe? You need some formalin or chloroquine phosphate regardless of what "it" is. QT is crucial and having meds on hand is too.

you must act quickly....looks like velvet disease! start with freshwater dip and then to QT.

If it was velvet I think the fish would already be dead. When you see signs of velvet its already too late
