Minh's 320 reef

Fabulous! That's what I want my tank to be when it grows up.

Did you add all 10 clowns at the same time? Or did you add some at later dates?

My tank evolved into a anemone tank. Here are a few pictures from the weekend. Sorry that the picture are not the best. I just use my phone instead of my SLR.

Thanks.
The clam is the same one I had in the cube tank several years ago.
I sold all my baby clowns. It took me 2 years to sell ~1200 clowns. The last 300 along with all the tanks in 1 swoop. I was glad to get rid of all the babies. Daily feeding, changing water, and have people come to the house at odd hrs was getting too much for my wife, especially the last one.

Picture of my reef today. Mostly large animals. Very little spce for SPS. I am nursing some premium SPS (on fishing line) When they are big enough I will place them on the reef structure.
I used 5000K LED spot light for my Gigantea. From talking to taylor_t, I find the Gigantea carpet will do even better with much better color if they get light up to the range of 1200 PAR. Insane amount of light that is difficult to reproduce. taylor_t used spot light, and I got this idea from him.
I still have 6 anemones in my frag tank, not in the DT. I will have to see if I can bring my Red Doreensis, Blue Haddoni and Green Haddoni/Gigantea hybrid out to the DT somewhere.
Still in the frag tank until release in the main tank is my Yellow Chest Regal Angel. I will get him in DT in the next few weeks. Regal angels are my favorite fish.

I put a rock full of macro-algae of various species to my DT. The tangs and foxface will clean the whole rock up in a few days. Full of aptasia and other worms as food for my CBB also. They go at it right away.

Here are pictures of my algae rock in my tank days 1-3. The tangs really like it. I need to get it out tonight so there are still plenty of algae in it so it can regrowth quickly. IMO, this is a really good source of fresh algae for my tangs, angels and Fox Face

I got this soft coral, I think it is a Kenya Tree coral that hitchhike and come with one of the clams. It grow and grow and drop off pups (I call them pups) like crazy. Can anybody confirm that it is a Kenya Tree? I want to give and sell them but it is not right to say it is a soft coral and cannot ID it. I am just not much of a soft coral person.

Here is part of the coral. The PBT occasionally nipped at it, so it is not fully open here.

I added a lot more light to my tank, mainly due to the light demand of My anemones, both Magnifica and Gigantea. In addition to the 8 Radions (mostly Radion G3Pro and G2Pro at 100%10 hrs and 1.5 hr ram up and down each (13 hrs light cycle) I added 10 spot LED light 5000K 120 W equivalent. I think each of these spot light are 20 W.
Below is the picture of the FTS and of the light set above the tank.
I got the PAR over my anemone to about 800.
