I have a first or second gen BK Mini 160 that quit working recently. When I plug it in, the pump will go on and off for a few seconds at a time, then stop working all together. It kind of surges for a bit, then quits. I took it apart, and I do not see anything in it that would cause it to stop. The bearing plate that is between the magnet and the pinwheel does have a little more play than it used to. I am good about cleaning out the motor block and other things every six months or so and it does seem looser around the ceramic shaft. When I took it apart, the wheel assembly looked a little crooked, but nothing looks bent or way out of wack. Hoping for some help...
