Miniature grain of rice on the flame

I have this angle from the LPS did the recommended QT but no Ca. All meds were proactive. Transferred to the DT and about 2 weeks later this tinny rice appeared just at the base of one gill. I kept an eye on it for maybe 3 days, then all of the sudden the fish flashes on the rock a couple times and knocks it off couple weeks later another one on the other side its long gone & now one on it side just above its belly lifting a scale. What do you think?

Could also be an isopod.

My first impression was a sucker type parasite but could not confirm nothing I could find looked like a grain of rice it's 0.25mm if that. may as big as this -

Update:
Its gone I bet it knocked it off? I'll see how long before the next one appears.
