Misleading, to say the least

Please update your website if a product is unavailable. After surfing and finding that your store had the best deal on Ice Cap Fans, I placed an order. Then it was canceled. Now I have to pay for shipping (although $4.95 is cheap!). Point being, if the fans weren't available, why still list them?

We have them listed as a back order item on our site. However, we do understand that it is frustrating, if you missed seeing it "Back Order", our site will allow you to add the item in your cart. Our technical consultant is looking into it as we speak and hopefully in the near future we wont have this type of concern. Thank you and sorry for the inconvinience.
