Missing Favia

I had a real nice dragon soul favia with 3 polyps that was doing great. I attached a pic. Had real nice color, always looked plump and full with good polyp extension at night. It was about 2 inches in length and an inch wide. I had it glued to my rockwork about halfway up the tank in a lower flow/light area. There were a couple acan frags around it on the same rock. I come home from work yesterday and it's totally gone. I looked in the sand bed, in between the rocks, all around the entire tank and I can't find this thing. It has been in the same spot for at least 5 months. It had to have fallen off somewhere right? Could a fish, shrimp or snails eat it or pull it underneath the rock work? I mean it's totally missing and am stumped as to what happened to it. Any thoughts would be appreciated. It's a 55 gallon tank with mostly smaller fish. Couple blennys, goby, wrasse, small coral beauty, 2 clowns, couple cleaner shrimp, peppermint shrimp, harlequin shrimp. Thanks!
