Missing item in order SI-479340

Hi just got my recent order SI-479340 in just a few mins ago and I opened it up and one item was missing.

The following was in there and complete

SC1535 SEACHEM REEF PLUS 500ML 1
SC1555 SEACHEM REEF TRACE 500ML 1
SC1615 SEACHEM REEF IODIDE 500ML 2
CU01655 CURRENT USA LUNAR LINK: NOCTURNAL BLUE 1 SC3175 SEACHEM MATRIX 4L* 1


The following item was not in the box

CU01653 CURRENT USA LUNAR LINK: MOON WHITE 1

The Seachem Plus, Trace, Iodide were in one bigger bag tied. The blue moon link was in a plastic bag by itself. I emptied out the box onto the floor to make sure that nothing was hiding in the foam packing material. No sign of the white lunar link.

Please advise on what I need to do.

Thanks for your post, I apologize the Lunar link was missing from your order. I suspect it might have fallen out of the box during the packing process. I have sent you a replacement, at no cost to you, order number 100384320. The replacement should ship today and should arrive to your home no later that Friday 5/16.

Hey Walter,

Thank you for following up. The white moonlight came today packaged perfectly and I got it installed about an hour ago on my lights. Thank you very much for your help in getting it here extremely quickly. Again thank you and Marine Depot for being great as always.
