Missing Ocellaris... Condy Anemone to Blame?

Am missing one of my ocellaris clownfish, and has been missing for 24 hrs. Have seen no signs of remains/bones/what have you. As far as whats else in my tank that could have eaten it are a condy anemone and 2 mantises, all which came with my live rock ordered from TBS.

I know that the condy is responsible for eating the 2 peppermint shrimp I had, but would it have been able to eat an entire clownfish, he was prob. 1 1/2" long. I know that the condy is from Atlantic and Ocellaris from Pacific, would the condy be aggressive/poisonous for an ocellaris? Or would a mantis even be capable of killing and consuming said fish?

The remaining ocellaris is fine, no signs of injury/distress, other than that she seems lonely. Water parameters as follows:

temp - 78
salinity - 1.023 (using refractometer)
ph - 8.3
Ammonia, Nitrite - O ppm
Nitrate - 10 ppm
Phosphate ~ 0.1
Alk - 9 dkh
calcium - 380 mg/l

If you have an overflow check in there i have them jump in there a lot! you might need a flash light you can look down there with

That was the second place i checked after looking around on the ground to see if it had jumped out... still no signs of remains/bones/anything.
