missing pieces. can someone help?

I have a osmolator and I'm missing 3 peices
both of the sensor clamps

and the clamp and screw that holds the water tubing

does anyone know how to replace these? Thanks

Look on tunze.com and click through the osmolator. You should see a link for spare parts.

Is this an Osmolator you bought new? Part 6 is all one piece.

I circled part 6 too to show what it went on to... it is part 5(2 of them) I found them on the website, I guess I'll just order them there...thanks

Part 5 is the float switch holder. Part 6 is the optic sensor holder and unlike part 5 which goes with part 4. Part 6 is all one piece. They are different and you should have one of each.

I ordered 2 holder boards off the site thinking that is what I needed....is that right?

That is the holder set for a Comline unit like a 3166 or 3167 or a Wavebox. Did you buy this set used or new?
