Mitras hanging from ceiling

Hi guys,
This is probably a dumb question but I am having trouble understanding how to hang my Mitras from the ceiling.
I understand how the light-end of the cable works but am unclear on how to attach the cable to the ceiling using the nuts provided.

There is a hole in the male nut, put a screw through it and bolt it to your ceiling. (screw not supplied as many ceilings are different). If the ceiling dry wall plug screw head is too wide file the sides down to fit.

You have to use an expandable molly, (metal not a plastic one) once set, screw the Male cap in place and then screw the other end with the wire in it to the fastened Female side. the wire will slides easily into the Light mounts by compressing in the small barrel while to adjust the light for the desired height.

I'm not taking any chances - I am screwing a board into the joists and then hanging from there.
Thanks for the info - I didn't realize a screw head would fit inside the hanger but now I see it. Looks to be a countersunk head screw.

Excellent advice CrazyReefer :)
