Mitras recieved broken

Hi

The only thing broken is the cover plate this has nothing to do with set up functionality.

I really cant do adequate support by reef central.

Please can you post on the support forum, more so as I am about to get on a plane and will not be available for 36 hours, GHL can then answer the questions for you ;)
 
A very friendly note to everyone

Please please if you have a support question, please use the support forum. I end up spending so much time running between 7 (now) open forum threads for Mitras trying to answer support and it is now physically impossible to do so.

No further support can be answered other than on the support forum. I am really sorry but hope you all understand that such disjointed support paths make it very hard for me personally and also does not give constancy for others that may have a similar question and cant find a one focal point for resources.

I will now be offline for at least 36 hours, so will not be able to answer anything anyway.
