Atlantic Giant seahorses being... ??? I assume you're referring to H. erectus. It doesn't matter really though.
Yes, H. erectus can be kept with yellow reidi, and red, reidi, and green reidi, and... you get the picture (since seahorses change colors, and all).
However, they might all die. Or not. There does seem to be a risk in mixing different species of seahorse though. Different species (and the same species from different sources) can be asymptomatic carriers of different strains of bacteria that others don't have resistance to. When the two species (or sources) are mixed, they could get each other sick. It doesn't always happen, but it does seem to be a risk. It's up to you.
Considering the health problems your current seahorse has had, I wouldn't recommend adding any new seahorses for a while, whether they are "Atlantic Giants" or not.
