mixing clowns

Hello,

Just doing some research. Gonna be starting a SW tank next summer when I get my new house. I've had SW before and had a pair of clarkiis hosting a BTA.

I was wondering if in a 110 gallon (60x24x18) could you have two species of clownfish? i've read that if you have tank raised ones that helps lower aggression.

thanks

It depends on what kind of clowns & how big they are when you add them. I'm growing out ocellaris & tomato in 10 gal tanks & have b&w & ocellaris in my 240.

I think it depends on the type of clown and how many anemones there are for the clowns to host. Also if the fish are tank raised or wild caught.I would say a good 6 foot tank is what I would use.Your a bit under but I think it can be done.I would just get the most peacful clowns like occelaris or skunks.

Yeah i am gonna have two anemones on either side of the tank.

From pics i've seen tank bred percs and skunks seem to be a popular choice. Seem to be a little less aggressive.

I'm definitely staying away from maroons and clarkiis. I've also heard cinnamon and tomatoes are not far behind on the aggression scale. So if thats accurate i'll be steering clear of them too.

Thanks
