Mixing Leopard Wrasses?

Alright i already have a female Macropharyngodon meleagris.
I've had it for about 2 months. Eats frozen and pellets and Seaweed sheets.

Saw a male Macropharyngodon geoffroy at a LFS. And was wondering if i can mix those two and they would get along?

I know Leopards are hit or miss, but its another beautiful fish that i would like to try.

Tank is a 90g corner over flow, 50b sump, MSX 200 skimmer with fuge.

You may run out of copepods for three in that sized tank. However if you are feeding PE mysis three or more times per day, you may be ok.

your fish will be fine together ,go get that bad boy before someone else purchases it first

yea called and its 54.99$ Im not sure if thats a good price or not but I dont feel like paying that. The LFS is in a pretty ritzy area so they can charge a premium for things like a 3000$ Yumma rock.

that is a bit high but they are not seen as often as most other leopards IMO i would get him as they are just a great addition of spectacular color and also very good tank mates . i have two of them and if i see another i will have three because they are just one of the fish i can't resist .go get him and splurge on yourself as Christmas is just around the corner so you better get shopping and he was on your list ,right ?

I have a potter's and an MM Leopard in my 90..............I am getting an additional mate for each one, in a couple of months............But I know how to "breed" pods from keeping pipefish for years........

that really helps as i have so many wrasses in my tanks that there is not a pod in sight . i have to feed two or three times a day to keep them healthy and that adds to the cleaning to keep things in check . i do a 30% water change every week end and if i dont i will pay for it the next week ,well my fish will pay for it i mean .
again get that fish as there is and will always be room for more wrasses !

i have missed out a few times and it take weeks to forget missing such a great fish ,then you can't find one for months .
good luck man !

Thanks ill report back tomorrow if i do or dont!

I should add my avatar is my MM Leopard thats in my tank. He's a fatty. Feed him rods reef food and he love that stuff, along with pellets.

Sadly i missed my chance to buy him, called the place a few times to find out the price, see if they took coral trade ins, said hold it for me and they dont do that. Get there and it was gone. :(
