Leak test to follow in the next day or two. Just need to get a few fittings and some mor hose

Where did you get the containers, and what are each of them for? One for fresh, ome for salt, one for waste?

They are brine tanks from water softener systems. And you are correct RO/DI water on the left, salt water in the middle, and waste water on the right

okay, so my ruff in picture doesn't show two of the valves in this picture but the were put in place.

the pump is a Quiet One 1200, but i can upgrade latter, might have to add another Tee in the output pipe and use that to push to sump, will have to see with the wet test.

Thanks for that! I may be copying this idea. Those Harbor Freight carts are the best! Since I have to take care of my tanks and go to my mom's to work on her tank, a portable system might be what I need.

not sure yet how its going to roll with all the water, hopefully i can get to test it out today. if not i will be testing it out first thing tomorrow

Filled with water only found two problems. One easy to fix the other is a bit harder. The easy fix is a water leak on the return side of the pump. The harder problem is the valve for draining the system can't be closed. It hits on the wheel axle. Should be able to cut part of the handle off and fix it. Just need to find the best tool for the job.

Also watch for the cart sagging. My parents have a few of those and one sagged in the middle after a few years. A few braces welded on underneath fixed it. Will probably depend on how much water you leave in the tubs full time whether you're does it or not.

stupid tapatalk

okay so fixed the leaks, and checked my RO/DI system. didn't want to waste my my DI so i just checked the RO. 535 TDS in, 9 TDS out of the RO.
