Modded Koralia 4 with GS2 highflow

I tried using the extra impellers that came with my sureflow kit. The impellers are made to spin the opposite way as the koralia does, so it didnt work to well for me starting up. I think it did spin backward one time for me, actually spinning the impeller the right way, and the flow was unreal.
Something came up...I have to tend too...But here is a pic I took the other night with a wall in front of the K4 and k4 GS-mod. It is about 6-7 in. away...You can see a huge different it current and flow...

Step by Step Install

1st pic- Birds eye view of K4 with the snail guard w/GS2 Highflow Propeller. (I will disassemble and put back together with pics and description)
2nd pic- Take Cover off. You'll notice the Propeller sticks out quite a bit more (That's ok the cover still fits well and snug)
3rd,4th, 5th pic- Comparison with the stock K4 Magnet/propeller to the GS2 highflow propeller with Maxi-jet 1200 Magnet
Step by Step Install

7th pic- All the parts you need...Stock K4 Metal Shaft/Rod, a Maxi-Jet 1200 Magnet and Highflow GS2 Propeller. (Yes the BIG ONE)
8th pic- Take the Maxi-Jet Magnet and slide it between the shaft/rod just as the pic shows and then place the propeller on top of it, just like in the next pic.
9th pic- Place the entire upgraded Shaft/propeller/magnet inside the K4 (No need for any rubber washers or endcaps) should just slide right in.
10th pic- Align shaft/rod with K4 cover and turn to tighten and your ready to go! Go ahead and put your hand in front of it...It will put a smile in your face and maybe your stony's... :mixed:
*FYI* Do not use the mod with a wavemaker, there is a good chance it will reverse flow. If it does unplug and plug back in until it flows forward...Usually takes twice before it does...Once it flows forward sit back and relax...I've had mine working and running for the past 72 hrs. and it works great! Again do not use it with a wavemaker due to the fact if you turn it on and off it can easily flow reverse and will suck anything within 6-8in. in distance.
I am sharing this info and will not be responsible for any damage that happens...Gulf Stream/Triton does not have any involvement with this mod or have any knowledge of it, yet....:smokin:

Outstanding! I can see that the stock K4 propeller is a sharper pitch lower diameter prop, and this prop is a lower pitch much larger diameter prop. I really like that the prop is located more towards the front of the housing. The effectively decreases the pressure drop across the inlet area by providing additional intake cross sectional area.
I'm really impressed, and I can't wait to try it out! I have 6 of the K4 pumps in my frag tank to try it with.

guys...make sure you get the maxi-jet impeller magnet too...u need this to fit the gulf stream propeller...

As far as noise level and vibration...everything is just like stock.
FYI- make sure you place the K4 mod at least 5in. below water level...It will syphon air/water and create a tornado effect cause major bubbles and excitement...haha I'm still in shock how powerful this 12w K4 is really capable of.

Is GS doing anything to the Dumas 3004 prop to make it fit the mj magnet? Can i just get a 3004 prop and make it work or are they machining it at all?
