Modify order?

I ordered a couple things today on the site and something just randomly popped into my cart after I submitted the order...might have been a past cookie from who knows when but it wasn't there during my initial cart stocking. Anyways...since it popped into my receipt after the fact, I tried calling and nobody picked up because it's Sunday. I also replied to the confirmation e-mail saying that I did not order one of the products in my receipt.

I think there should be a way to modify the order before it is shipped in cases like this because now I don't know if anyone will read the e-mail I sent before it is shipped out and an option to modify the order from the customer's end could save unnecessary stress and hassle.
 
You guys shipped it already...the item is so low cost that it would be moot to ship it back, so I was issued store credit for it. Thanks for taking care of the issue.

By the way...if anybody here wants a bottle of seachem focus they can have it...I have no use for it.

Yeah...I called them and it was already on the truck...can't complain that it's so speedy haha. Thanks though.
