I do not think there are any other hobby supply companies with a seawater calcium probe other than American Marine (Pinpoint). I review it here:

There are many good brands of pH meters. Be sure to look for two point calibration. I discuss pH meters and how they work in these articles:

Should I bypass the calcium monitoring and purchase a reactor with a pH monitor? This will stabilize my water conditions if set up properly?

What would you suggest for a 90 gal / 30 gal fug. I intend on loading up with SPS and LPS when I get a handle on the chemistry.
 
Well, the calcium monitor cannot be used continually the way a pH meter can, so if that was the goal, it won't do.

I don't really have a strong preference for a CaCO3/CO2 reactor vs limewater vs two part additives for calcium and alkalinity. I personally use limewater.
