Hello everyone.

The setup of this tank has begun at the end of 2014/beginning of 2015 to replace my old 200 gallons tank.
The previous tank was set in 2010 and after 4 years it became too small for the tangs and the coral colonies.

The two ways to follow were: to frag the colonies and to sell some fishes OR…..to start a bigger tank!
So, I got the second way.

The stand:

Almost ready to go:

Well, your last tank was AMAZING so I'm really looking forward to seeing what you do with your new tank…which is already looking great!

Thanks cFloor.
The new tank is basically the old one in a bigger glass and some new habitants.
I kept everything that I could.

I'll keep posting photos 'till they show the actual stage of the reef

Here another photos from April/2015.
A real step back. Cyanos on the sandbed and some colonies browned out.
Time to make some changes stop dosing carbon and suplements, removing GCA, pellets and letting the tank run straight.

Just keep both tanks! I'm sure the new one will be amazing as well.

The old one has already been dismantled.
I've considered the possibility....maybe a fish only with angels and butterflies but there's no enough space to keep them side by side....So"¦.
