I just purchased a monti. cap. and if placed in the mid tank in front of a 350lph wavemaker and is 8" far from it...... is the flow too high for it? howmuch flow can it bare?

it should be fine IMO, I blast mine with flow

X2 should be fine. I have mine about 8-10" away from an mp40 and does great. I would say as long as it's random and not just constantly blasting it.
