Moon Light Question

Typically hatching for clowns always occurs after lights out. Does that mean black out, or when your moonlights kick on. I have 4 LED blue moonlights that are on for about 2 hours each night before going completely dark. What's the verdict.

I dont have moon lights but have heard it should be completly dark for them to hatch
