Its a very rare toxin and is not many zoas or palys in the hobby I have also been squrtied in the eyes,and mouth on more than one occation with no ill effects. eavery one just needs to keep in mind that IT IS A RARE TOXIN and is very rarly seen in the hobby

You are an idiot! palytoxin is present in almost every zoanthid that has been in a natural ocean within the least 6 months. therefore, if you work at an LFS that gets wild zoos in, they all have paly toxin. Info from CDC and Global Natural Toxin Center

If you are allergic, 5 micro grams can kill you.

I dont believe that there are any long term side affects from palytoxin either. It may trigger other things, but once it is out of your system it is done.
