More Perculea Clownfish

Hi more worries regarding my clownfish under the mixed blues and whites of my light i have noticed some marks/ spots or something on his tail fin and bottom fins, they show up a purple colour under the light but when I switch the lights on to whites only there is nothing there. Also noticed his mouth is always open.

Any ideas struggling to gt a photo moves around to much
