mosquito larvea

I just fed my tank some live mosquito larvea that I've been "culturing" in the backyard. Everyone went wild. I put a lot in and they were all gone in like 5 seconds. I've never seen my pajama cardinals swim so fast, and the chromis were getting alot in too. I'm wondering if they have any nutritional value? I could prolly gut load them with phyto and hufas but I'm hoping they are good as is.

I fed lot of fw fishes with them, i noticed that it stimulate spawning...
but i doN't know about sw.

i also from time to time feed certain specis bloodworms they all love it and have not seen any drawbacks
