Thanks guys the tank has been set up for about 10 months. Some stock from my old tank.
Glass is scraped every few weeks to stop coraline growth as i like the clean look.
edwing206 yes thats a Labouti you can see i love that fish.
As for equipment.
The tank is a 5x2x2 the front glass is Starfire. Corner Weir.
Circulation is from a Tunze 6060 and a small 600lph Ehiem. The ehiem is just to keep the surface water agitated.
Lighting is from a Giessman twin 250w halide, with built in actinics.
Filtration is from a 4 foot sump and a mineral mud/algea section. Then straight back into the tank via a newjet 3000.
Only other equipment is a phosphate reactor.
Calcium and alk are kept in check manually.
No skimmer and my lps seem to be loving it.
Even though im heavily stocked all my levels are good and my nitrate is staying below 10.
Have not set myself to any set water changes but when i do which are normally about 2 months apart i do around 100 liters.
Love the natural filtration setup---doesn't appear that you are running a micron filtration bag either---something I have been debating about too---removes alot of the natural feed that you are trying to introduce back into the system from the fuge sections.
Thanks for posting the pic
