Mount for Steam

Hi Roger.

One of my streams won't stay put in the bracket that has a groove in it; it keeps sliding opposite of the water output. I have the TURBELLE STREAM 6100's. I've cleaned it without success. These are fairly new (9 months). Any suggestions? Appreciate your thoughts.

Do you mean sliding down the rail or swivelling. If it is swivelling be sure the small teeth on the post and sliding piece are meshing together.

The swivelling. I've ensured that all the teeth are fitting together and that none of them are stripped. All looks good, but the stream keeps moving on its own.

Is it level on the mount, is their an obstacle near by that the flow is bouncing off of? For the time being I would check that and you can always just zip tie it together.
