Mounting Tunze Osmolator 3155 universal on sump

I'm designing my acrylic sump and would like to mount an Osmolator 3155 in the return area.

Will the osmolator mounting brackets fit over a lip at 1-1/8".

Sump will be similar to this:

Yes, depending on flow rate you could also attach it to one of your baffle plates.

I mounted mine in the return area as such. There are enough supplied brackets in the kit to mount it most anywhere! I didn’t want to hang it from the top so went this route. My sump is similar to yours. I can’t say enough about my Tunze Osmolator. Hands down the best money I ever spent on my system!!
