You'll want to put everything in large buckets. If you have any sand in the bottom of the tank, you could leave that undisturbed OR replace it, but you will need to remove all the water from the tank. It will be very heavy even without water in it. (if you leave the sand)
Livestock should be kept aerated and heated if it will be a long move. Have plenty of new water ready to go at the new location. Plan on dedicating a full day for yourself and a helper just to move the tank. It is a LOT of work and a common mistake is to underestimate the amount of work it really takes.
Also, when you set up the tank in the new location, be sure to acclimate the livestock to compensate for temperature differences. When I moved, I added the livestock back to my tank once the tank temp and the bucket temps were identical.
