So I'm getting set to move a 9" rabbitfish from my 120 to the 265. I would guess that fish consumes roughly half of what I feed that tank.
Is it a safe bet my nutrients will drop quickly if I don't replace him?
Currently 8 ppm NO3 and .04 PO4 (both numbers hold steady).
This system gets big time cyano outbreaks when nutrients fluctuate too quickly this is why I'm concerned.
As you can see in the pic I already have a pretty good case of green slime on the substrate.
