Moving fish

Ready to move my two tomato clowns into the big tank currently being housed in their 10 gallon.

Never done this before but thoughts are bag them and acclimate for the hour?

if the water parameters are the same in both tanks then you shouldn't have to acculimate them. if they are diff. then yes

Just change them without acclimating

i would still do the normal procedure just to be on the safer side it will take only an extra 15-20 mins
