I made the doors it was very easy todo all they are is a 9 inch wide pine board from lowes cut to length and rourtered. The whole conopy is made from pine. The worst part of it all was finding pine boards that were not bowed like He$*

The first livestock went in today a clown goby!!
He is not much but i like him I have plans for 2 maroon clowns and 2 orange clowns

Tank is doiing great everything reading 0
Clown goby is doing fine as well and eating like a pig.
I was worried about a heat problem with the 12 hour mh light cycle and a 250 watt bulb over a 29 gallon reef. The tank has been averaging about 77.7 at 11 at night which is about 1 hour before the light goes off. So i don't think im going to have any problems.
The one thing I have noticed is its evaporating about 1.5 gallons of water a day!!! I think that is alot for a 29G !!! What do you think????

I was sitting in the other room when i heard "pop" i knew what it was the second i heard it, it was one of the bone cringing pops. I was praying it was not the display as i crept around the corner every thing looked good i was so happy. Then i opened the cabnit oohhhh a huge crack in the sump. I have no clue what caused it i think it was just matt giving people falty goods lol jk He did giver it to me but there was nothing wrong with it then lol
For real thought I think it was a baffle to large wedged to tight opps my bad didn't sand the acrilic enough lol Funny how thing like that can come back to bite you in the as$.
I drained the sump tonight and siliconed it over should be ready for 100 more years of service in the morning

Well it went for about 2days till i noticed it it leaked about about 1/8 of a gallon lol i will change it one day but it will not be for several weeks i just spent all my mad money on a skimmer. it looks to be doing ok its not leaking now and it running fine soo....

sorry to here about your sump..hope you get the cash and change it out before you get the tank full of livestock.
i had a problem fitting everything into the sump when i had it parted out. so i got rid of the baffles and refuge, to make room for the G2(coming soon)
your tank look like mind. here's my tank w/175watts mh before the upgrade to the 250.
