Hey guys, I thought it might be better to post in here as a local sale really only seems to be the most practical.

I have an empty ready to go 75 gallon oceanic reefready tank. Along with the tank is an oak "show stand" this was the stand that the tank slides in from the back (canopy is actually connected to the base. Whoever buys this tank and stand can also of a an acrylic sump. I also have the original fluorescent fixture (never was used). $400 firm.

The second tank is a 180 gallon AGA tank. It is being sold as a combo with the stand and canopy. Stand and canopy were made by BDI up in St Augustine. The stand is black oak and VERY nice. The canopy is extra tall to accommodate HQI fixtures. Buyer of the tank, stand and canopy can also take a custom acrylic sump if they wish. $1800 for all of it or $2500 if you want to take the livestock as well. About 300 pounds of premium rock and 5 inches of sand. I also have some fish but I can take them to the local aquarium shop if needed. Very friendly FoxFace, two clowns and really cool blenny and a small psuedochromis. I'll sell the livestock separate but im not going to piece the live stock out. $1000 for all of the rock, sand and fish. Why buy mail order rock and deal with curing when this rock has been established for 3 years :)

drop me an email if you would like to come by and have a look.

Oh, I see. Hmmm, I don't know if my short arms can reach the bottom of that thing and that is one reason I got rid of my 120...with the canopy it had I couldn't reach the bottom.

Any interest in selling just the tank? If so, how much?

Thanks!
Mike

Also, where at in Orlando are you? Just looking at it and it seems like I would be able to cut holes in the front of the canopy and install some doors.

How tall is the stand?

Thanks!
Mike

not really.. the tank and stand should be together. If I sold just the tank then I might as well throw the stand away.. not many people just looking for a stand.

im in oviedo right next to the oviedo marketplace mall on red bug lake road. bottom opening where you would see the base of the glass tank is 35 inches from the floor. the entire height is 62 inches to the very top. I never really had a problem reaching in but then again I had 4+ inches of sand on the bottom.

yea theres overflow plumbing etc.. it's what oceanic called their "reef ready" model.. which basically meant it came with an overflow and was pre-drilled.. Im sure there are some scratches on it (especially the bottom) but nothing significant enough to where you would see it when its filled with water. The one bonus to an oceanic over an AGA is that the bracing on the top is glass and not plastic. Plus the glass itself is much thicker than what you would find on an AGA. 3/8 inch thick.

Sweet, didn't know that about the Oceanic. My Oceanic had a normal center brace.

I am going to communicate through PM.

ok heres the thing... I have no issues if you guys want to split up the tank and stand. My only concern is somone shows up and buys one of them but the other never shows and im stuck with a stand and no tank or vice versa.

So I have no issues with working this out if both of you can show up on the same day at the same time so that I can be assured that both are sold. Or if each of you want to pay via paypal ahead of time to confirm that you want the tank or stand.

I think the best thing is to just split the price down the middle. Tanks is $200 and the stand is $200.

The first buyer/s who can pickup the tank/stand are the ones who gets it. steve at blootechnologies dot com

Bump. The 75 is no longer available.

LR and sand is available from the 180. I would estimate I have around 300 pounds. Its been 3+years established. Heavy dark coraline on the rock.

$2.50/pound local pickup only. 50 pound minimum. Or all of the rock for $600.

Its beautiful rock.. a lot of larger sized pieces.. I know I have a few pieces that are 25 to 35 pounds alone.

Sand will be available once the rock is gone. 50 cents a pound. or 180 gallon tanks worth at 5 inches deep for $135.

I also have a really nice Foxface.. I have had him for 2 years.. he always eats and has really come out of his shell (in terms of being shy) $30 and a good home :)

Really cool personality Algae Blennie.. medium sized... he is about the same age as the Foxface. $25 and a good home

two percula clowns.. have been paired for 4 years. $30 for the pair. Oh to a good home.

And I have a psuedochromis (small and very purple) This guy is like a tank... I've had him for over 9 years. He has even been transported in LR (DRY) because I couldn't find him and made it through just fine. I still cant believe it to this day. He is a bit territorial but if he is going in an established tank he should be fine. The Foxface whipped him in shape when he was added :) $25

The other critters such as snails etc.. will simply go with whatever rock they are on.

I have some coral left (not a lot) and will GIVE it to the person who is buying the most live rock.

You will need to bring your own containers and some water (unless I can arrange for everyone to come on the same day.

cash on pickup is fine with me.

I am not selling my accessories. The 180 AGA is still available as well as the stand and canopy but I am not selling the other accessories. I'm not getting out of the hobby rather im moving and will be getting back up in running within a few years.

180 AGA and stand/canopy + free sump $1000

anyone who wants the live stock needs to be a little flexible with pickup so that I can try and arrange everyone over a weekend or something.
