Moving sale. Fast.

I've been out of the hobby for 3 years, but still lugging the gear around. I move again Wednesday, and I'd rather sell it than pay movers to move it. Used for 5 years, sitting empty for 3.

46 gal bowfront with black oak stand. glass canopy, strip light. $125

Also have, pumps, heater, penguin filter. Reasonable offer takes it off my hands.

Aqua C Remora Pro Skimmer, w/box and pump. Might need cleaning up. Make offer.

Also have a 7 gal bowfront with CSL 32w smartlight retrofit. This is currently sitting filled with livesand, liverock, and a mess of cyano. Offer?

Live rock: about 20 lbs sitting in a circulating/heater bucket for 3 years with no light. Is that still 'live'? Another 15-20 pounds sitting in the 7gal mentioned above.

Cash only. gotta pick it up before Wednesday. I just want it gone. If I have the movers move it, I'll just hang onto it for now. Chance for a good deal if you're scavenging.

I'll be checking here frequently. Gotta move fast. Especially the live rock, I suspect I might pitch it if no one takes it.

What pumps do you have? I'm looking for something small but able to pump a decent amount upwards a few feet or so to help move water around during water changes/etc.

And what's the heater/quality? I can never have too many spare heaters lying around but good ones are like 20-40$ a pop...

pumps are Penguin 1140, 3 of them. They're rather crusted with coraline. Heaters, I have two. Ones in the 7gal, the other is in the bucket (used to run the 46gal). Dunno wattage without pulling them out, but they're what they should be for those apps.

However, pumps and heaters arent my dilemma. I need the big stuff and the wet stuff to go. The little things are not an obstacle for me. So I'd just as soon let them go with whoever takes the big/wet stuff. If they dont go, I'll consider selling them piece meal, but not until after wednesday, since the transaction would just hinder my packing time which I'm criminally behind on :-0

well, what I told a prospective buyer in a PM, "Ida know, make offer". I've been out of the hobby so long I dont know current values. It goes for, what $3-$5 per pound for good stuff? So how about $1 per pound, so $40?

Whatever. If you're interested, eye-ball it, see what we're talking about, agree on a price, we'll both leave happy, I'm sure.

Whats the specs on the skimmer?

i dont know how much is a reasonable offer for it... lemme know what you had in mind. I would be coming up from columbus.
