Moving to Sarasota

Hello,

I am a Member of the Marine Aquarist Roandtable of Sacramento (MARS) out here in California... I will likely be moving my family and tank to Sarasota within the next couple months.

Can anyone offer me some Information on Your Local Reef Clubs, Stores, resourses, etc...

I am originally From Sarasota but havent been there in about 12 years. I hear alot of my old haunts are much much different. I look forward to meeting everyone and making some new friends.

Hello and welcome to ACROS...We are a fairly small informal club. We try to get together atleast once a month. We have no dues and meetings usually consist of hanging out and viewing a members tank, or doing some sort of field trip. You can send me an email to sdearl@verizon.net and I will add you to the email list. Otherwise keep an eye out here for meetings. As far as local stores there are a couple old standards and some new onesthat come and go. Tampa area has some nice shops also. Liik forward to meeting you, good luck on your move.
