Moving.

So when you guys move. How do you break down the tank. Transport. And set back up with having no casualties.

It depends on how far the move is, and how quickly you need to move. For example, if you're able to set up a temporary tank at the new location ahead of time, the move could go a lot smoother.

If you can provide more details, I'm sure we can help you figure out a good plan.
 
I am in the process of buying a house about 1 hour away from my current apartment. It's a 20gallon tank with 3 fish one anemone and coral.

Just don't want to lose the coral or bacteria or anything important to the survival of all the living creatures.

I'll look into getting a second tank that idea sounded good!

If it was me I think I would remove all fish coral etc from the tank and put them into bags / cooler, then move everything to the new place. set up tank and use the same water from before, add everything back in. what corals / fish specifically?
 
just looked at your build thread on bar... I personally would do what I said above being that the tank is only 20 gallons with not a lot of stuff
