I will be moving from PA to FL in about 4 months, I want to take my 90gl saltwater tank, and 55gl freshwater tank, I can provide you with more info just ask. But I wanted to know how do I move the tanks and fish for such a long ride? Saltwater tank has about 50- 60 pounds of live rock, two percula's , neno velvet damsel, fiji devil, serpent star, coralbandshrimp , purpletip anemone . The tank has been up for about 7 months. I have a 55gl with six Cichilds that has been around for two yrs.

Lots and lots of 5 gal buckets, battery air pumps or something for the oxygen, ice/cold packs if it is going to be hot out....etc....need more detail, let me know. I hate moving tanks, but have done it several times. Good luck
:)

That's going to be tough, in my opinion. Most likely, I'd tear down the tank, sell the live part, and start again in FL, personally. If you can do the drive quickly, that might be okay, but I have no idea about the road time for that trip.

That's seems to be the best way to go, easiest anyway. That drive is about twenty hours depending on exact locations.

Good move BTW:D
