MP10 flashing red and green

Ive has this awhile and tried to do both a soft reset and a hard reset to no avail. What else can I try? It worked fine till I put it in feed mode and now this is all I get. Any help would be appreciated!! The wet side is not binding in any way nor is the dry side.

I would recommend running the pump without the wetside attached to see if the issue persists. From there, clean the wetside if necessary or contact our customer service department directly if you continue to have issues.

Thank you Alex! I had already tried that and got the same result. Then I took it off the tank and plopped it on my kitchen counter and plugged it back in and it worked. Go figure!
