Mp10 QD noisy Wetside

Hi all,
I just received an mp10qd from Marine Depot (super excited about this product btw) and when I tested the unit in my tank the wetside made quite a bit of noise. This is not normal propeller noise as the propeller appears to be hitting the shroud of the unit. I'm guess it got shifted in the shipping process. Is this something I can fix on my own or is it something that you ecotech handles. Thanks for the help in advance!

Make sure all three clips are connected on the rotor (prop) If they are secure, unclip them and rotate to the next position. Make sure you align the wetside properly. I usually use the Green mode (constant) at full speed and slowly rotate the wetside until it's quiet.

Do I need to take the shroud off to check the clips? First ecotech product and don't want to Brea anything

You probably got a defective wetside. Call Ecotech Monday morning and they will take care of you. They have great customer service.

Yeah that was my plan. Honestly hoping they will responding to the post. If I don't get a bump on Monday morning I'll email/call them
