How much wider is the flow of the mp40. I have an mp20 on my 90 gallon right now would like to add another vortech (to replace the k pumps on the other side of the tank), but dont really need the flow of an mp40 (I keep mostly lps and leathers, not too many sps). I love the broad flow of the mp20 and wish I could get another one of those, but they dont make them. I would like to save 200 bucks if the mp10 puts out a pretty broad flow.
I know more flow is generally better and obviously if they were the same price id get the mp40. So please disregard the amount of flow needed for my tank, im more concerned with the width of the flow.
Im basically looking for the flow patterns of each pump if they are both set to 1500 gph
