MP10W loses connection with Reeflink ....

anytime it loses power, for whatever reason (turned off for maintenance,etc.).

I've tried to refresh devices but it will not connect back to Reef Link unless I delete it from Reef Link, do a full driver memory clear and then add it back. Once I do that it works fine and will re-program and connect to Reef Link....until the next time it loses power.

Any ideas what could cause this? My other 3 MP's are fine.

That's certainly unusual. Is this an ES or QD MP10? Also, have you checked to make sure the RF Module on your controller isn't loose?

It's a QD that was upgraded from an ES. The wireless light is white after a power loss but turns back blue after I do a driver memory clear. I can then add it back and reprogram it

Anyone else with insite? This is really irritating. Had a small power surge yesterday and it did it again. Deleted it, did a memory clear and it's now back working normally.
