MP10 stopped working. Holding mode, mode & set to clear issue did not reset. Power cycling not working either. No lights coming from the knob, only power level is lit.

Took wet side off and used on other MP10 and works without issue. Please advise!

Exact same thing happen to mine. Frist 4 led strips are on but nothing else. I called ecotech and they said they have been seeing this error lately. They say it happen when the reeflink or ecosmart live is messing up sending a command or something. They are sending me a new one out to me right away. I've only had my new one for 3 weeks.

Great customer service! Received my tracking info today. Only complaint is, it takes FedEx 10 days to ship a package from Pennsylvania to California

Tim,

Standard Fedex Ground from our facility to California is typically between 4-5 business days. I'm assuming with the upcoming holiday your package may be delayed by a 1-2 days.
