MP10WQD - Propeller Not Spinning

Came home to hear the motor running but no propeller motion, Tried to unplug it and clean both surfaces and re-seat it on the glass... Nothing.

Haven't tried to disassemble it to clean the wet side out as I'm not sure if doing so would void any remaining warranty. Its unplugged for now as I don't have time to mess with it until Thanksgiving.

Suggestions?

Pulling apart the dry side is part of the recommended maintenance routine.

I suspect that your pump is either really dirty or the magnet swelled.

can you spin the wet side? The QD is new so magnet swell is not likely but it does not hurt to check

I have the same problem, wet side not spinning after 4 days use. (Brand new less than a week old) no obstructions either.
Did you find a solution?

Wet side maintenance is recommended as well. Plenty of how to videos available and not difficult at all. Make sure you know the thickness of you glass/acrylic and if you need to use the rubber spacer or not.
