mp40 flashing green

Obi wan, I need your help

Just setup my mp40. I followed the instructions and its on the right pin spacer setting. I first tried to solve the riddle with a hard reset but that didn't work. There is no trouble shooting for JUST flashing green. This isn't flashing green/red.

Has anyone experienced this? Any help is much appreciated

Flashing green will indicate that the unit is either in Battery Backup mode, or the power supply is not sending enough power to the controller. I would recommend double checking any power connections, and contacting us directly if you continue to have issues.
