Mp40 losing RF

I started using the app on my iPhone about a month ago, and I have 2 mp40, 3 radion g2. One mp40 keeps losing the RF signal about once a week?
ESL will not find it unless I delete that pump and reset it up, and reset a new program to it? Any idea what is going on? Or how to keep it from happing.
The pump is only 5 months old. And I do use a reeflink.

Is the MP40wES placed an in area where you could potentially receive RF interference? For example, near other wireless devices like routers? Also, I would recommend power cycling all EcoTech equipment, and adding the pump back in to see if this makes a difference.

no not by any other RF devices just the 2 pumps and 3 lights, I have powered cycled all EcoTech items, but about once a week just this pump losses the RF signal, I have added the pump back in 3 diffreant times now.???

Did it once again, any way to correct it from happing?

Since this seems to be an ongoing issue, I would recommend calling in when you're able to further troubleshoot the issue. 1-800-785-0338 Ext. 2
