MP40 wet side becoming detached

Every morning when I wake up and check out my tank one of my MP40's are detached. I've reattached, taken apart & cleaned, and have done just about everything I can think of and read up on. Both MP40s have been in the tank for only 1.5 months. I've noticed that it started when I changed to NTM at night. I do not have the intensity up high as I am using 2 MP40's on my reefer 250. Looking for guidance so I don't have to keep fetching the wet side every morning.

Does your wet side slowly spin around in place, or is it fixed? I had an issue with my wet side moving, but I had a broken bushing on the shaft causing high friction. Do you by chance have it set for a thinner glass thickness?
