MP40QD upgrade running pump backwards

I sent a support request to Ecotech last night but have not received any kind of response, not even a "we've received your request". How long does it normally take to get a reply?

My pump runs backwards when connected to the new QD driver but works fine when connected back to the ES driver.

We're here from 9-5 EST Monday-Friday. That said, It's unusual you would have an issue after upgrading your pump and we would be happy to resolve the issue for you.
