Just wondering if anyone else has issues with wet side part failure? I use the foam filter but if a snail wonders around the front of the pump and sticks his shell inside causing the pump blade to stop, it strips the plastic nut every time. Plus i have had the wet side melt and seize several times. I cant be the only one.

I have small snails that love to get into my MP10's and starts clicking..........sounds like a baseball card in the spokes of your bike when you were a kid.

Usually I just stop the pumps, the snail falls out, and I restart them.

I stop it when I hear it. But most if the time there is no warning and just a loud click and a stripped nut
