mp40w not working pls help.....

I upgraded my mp40 to the WWD about a month ago. I bought the WWD from drsfostersmith. anyways... was working fine up until yesterday. I was moving stuff around and it stopped working. I turned it off for 24hours and plugged it back in but still won't work. The only thing it's doing is flashing a red light. What should/ what can I do??

Try the following sequence and let me know if this works:

Hold mode button (pump will blink white)
Hold mode and set button (pump will blink yellow/white)
Cycle power to the pump by unplugging it and plugging it back in.

I tried that, but nothing worked.
It still just blinks a red light. When I hold the mode button or the mode and set, it doesn't do anything, the red light just keeps blinking.
what should I do?

How long did you hold the mode button for? You should keep it depressed until the pump blinks white. You do not need to hold mode and set until the first part of the process has worked successfully and the pump blinks white.

When you first plug the pump in, does it go through it's normal sequence of blinking various colors before going to a blinking red light?

when I plug it in it just starts blinking red right away and pressing any of the button for any amount of time doesn't do anything, it just keeps blinking red.

I sent in pump with driver.... didn't sent the power supply though, do I need to send in powersupply?? I figured you guys should have plenty of power supply there.

Typically the power supply can be an important part of the equation so we recommend that you do send it in. In this case we'll make do without it as best as we can but in the future you should send the whole pump in, just in case.

yeah, sorry about that..... I know the power supply works though cuss I tried it on my other vortech and it works fine.
