MRC Skimmer, elbow glued in?

In the box new, MRC OF-200 skimmer, just got it from someone who never got it out of the box.

Either in shipping originally, or today, the elbow that goes into the bosy of the skimmer is loose/broken out. There's no damage to the body at all.

Can I just use SuperGlue to re-attach this back into the body? It appears that is how it came from the factory, so I'm assuming yes.

Also thinking about making a support bracket for the elbow for added strength.

I suggest JB weld. I don't think crazy glue will work. Can you post a pic?

Ended up at my friends LFS, and decided on a 2part epoxy. The pipe going into the body is somewhat loose fitting, so going with the epoxy will take up any extra space.

Also going to fabricate a support for the pipe.
